7.3.29 - 6th December 2017
Weekly update. Added 'Rise of Argus' and 'Antorus Ending' to the media section (Movies, Legion). Antorus Ending will only play if you have completed the Antorus raid.
Fixed an issue with 'Enhance world map' ('Interface' menu) which caused the new Silithus map to be green.
7.3.28 - 29th November 2017
Weekly update. The 'Enhance world map' option ('Interface' menu) now shows Hellfire Citadel, Blackrock Foundry and the Eternal Guardians in Forgotten Depths, Throne of Thunder if 'Show older dungeon and raid locations' is enabled. The setting to show Suramar portals now also shows the portals in Stormshield and Warspear (Ashran).
Cinematics can no longer be skipped with a mouse click. You can still press escape, space or enter to skip them as with the default UI and Leatrix Plus will skip the confirmation.
Added a debug command called /ltp maploc which shows a movable POI object on the world map along with its world position.
7.3.27 - 22nd November 2017
Weekly update. Added a new setting to the 'Enhance world map' configuration panel ('Interface' menu) called 'Show portal destinations for Suramar'. If enabled, Suramar portal destinations will show on the map for portals that your character has unlocked. It's enabled by default.
Added a new setting to the 'Enhance world map' configuration panel ('Interface' menu) called 'Show older dungeon and raid locations'. If enabled, dungeon and raid locations will be shown for all game expansions up to and including Warlords of Draenor (Legion dungeon and raid locations are managed by the default user interface). You can click most of the dungeon and raid locations to see a map of the dungeon or raid (boss buttons will only show if you are in an instance). It's enabled by default.
The 'Accept resurrection' option ('Automation' menu) now excludes both Failure Detection Pylon and Brazier of Awakening requests if 'Exclude pylon and brazier requests' is enabled.
7.3.26 - 15th November 2017
Weekly update. Added a new setting to the 'Accept resurrection' configuration panel called 'Exclude Failure Detection Pylon'. If enabled, resurrection requests will not be automatically accepted from a Failure Detection Pylon. This prevents a potential issue where a resurrection from a pylon might be accepted before the monsters have reset. It's enabled by default.
Added all of the Music Rolls from the garrison jukebox to 'Various'. Added music zone for 'Vale of Eternal Blossoms' ('Pandaria'). Added music 'Lament of the Highborne' back to 'Tirisfal Glades'. Added music 'Anduin's Theme' back to 'Various' category. The 'Random' category 'Refresh' button now shows at the top of the random track listing instead of in the media category menu.
Added a new slash command called /ltp enigma. It will toggle a solution frame for the Enigmatic quest. Choose a pattern and the movement directions (up, down, left, right) will be shown.
Fixed a potential issue with the 'Class colored frames' option ('Frames' menu) which may have caused a Lua error under certain (rare) circumstances.
The '/ltp sound' command has changed to /ltp play.
7.3.25 - 8th November 2017
Weekly update. Added a 'Search' category to the media player. Select it to search for music by track name (such as 'forest') or ID (such as '4516'). Search terms are not case sensitive and partial searches are allowed. Changing the search text will stop playback if music from a previous search is being played.
7.3.24 - 1st November 2017
Weekly update. Added a 'Random' category to the media player. Select it to show a random selection of 200 music tracks. Click the refresh button next to the 'Random' category to generate a new selection of tracks. Thanks to Larisa and Fredrik for the suggestion.
7.3.23 - 25th October 2017
Weekly update. Removed duplicate music track from Kun-Lai Summit (Pandaria). Added function to check for media duplicates. Added music folder for Stockade (Dungeons). Added music track to Deadmines (Dungeons).
7.3.22 - 18th October 2017
All tracks in the media player are now sound kits (previously they were a mixture of sound kits and traditional sound files). Sound kits are containers for sound files. Each sound kit can contain more than one sound file and playing a sound kit will play a random sound file within the kit (if more than one sound file is present). Tracks are listed with their sound kit name and ID.
Added 'Mardum' to 'Broken Isles'. Added 'Credits', 'Class Trials', 'Jaina's Theme' and 'Other' to 'Various'. Added 'Molten Core' to 'Dungeons'. Stranglethorn ('Eastern') has been split into Northern Stranglethorn and Cape of Stranglethorn. Lost Isles and Kezan ('Maelstrom') are now two separate entries.
The /ltp sound command has changed. It now plays a sound kit instead of a sound file. The syntax is /ltp sound . You can also enter /ltp stop to stop a currently playing sound kit. Playing a sound kit will automatically stop the last played sound kit if it's still playing.
Leatrix Plus slash commands are no longer case sensitive.
7.3.21 - 13th October 2017
Added a new category to the media player called 'Dungeons' which contains hundreds of new music tracks from 87 dungeons and raids. Almost all tracks are sound kits.
Fixed a minor issue with the 'Show Wowhead links' option ('Interface' menu) which sometimes caused the editbox text to be truncated for users with a custom UI scale. Thanks to BenjaminK for the feedback.
7.3.20 - 9th October 2017
Fixed a minor, situational issue with the media player which caused it to stop playing music if the current track was changed during a game loading screen (this only affected music folders containing sound kits). A few sound kit folders have been pruned of near-duplicate tracks. Toggling off game sound effects will no longer stop the music player (just as it wouldn't stop game music either).
7.3.19 - 5th October 2017
Added 14 new zones to the music player: Badlands, Blasted Lands, Hillsbrad Foothills, Hinterlands, Loch Modan, Redridge Mountains, Tol Barad, Desolace, Isle of Thunder, Timeless Isle, Antoran Wastes (Argus), Eye of Azshara, Krokuun (Argus) and Mac'Aree (Argus). All of these new zones use sound kits rather than sound files (see below). The media player will now use the 'Master' channel for playback (previously it used 'SFX') and playback will cease if you toggle off all sounds.
The media player now supports sound kits as well as traditional sound files. Sound kits are slightly different to sound files. Whereas a sound file contains only a single track, a sound kit can contain multiple tracks and playing a sound kit will play a random track within the kit (if there is more than one track present). If you have a sound kit folder on repeat, it can add some variety. Sound kit tracks shown in the media player differ from traditional sound files in that sound kits are all numeric (such as 22294#00).
7.3.18 - 3rd October 2017
7.3.17 - 29th September 2017
You must restart your game client after installing this update as there are some important structural changes.
The localisation process is now managed directly by CurseForge. New translations will be inserted into Leatrix Plus automatically by CurseForge when a new Leatrix Plus release is made available. You can see the current translations on the localisation overview page. If you wish to contribute towards translation, please submit a ticket.
The issues with CurseForge Subversion have been resolved so the development platform has switched back to CurseForge Subversion.
7.3.16 - 27th September 2017
Added a new option called 'Show Wowhead links' ('Interface' menu). If enabled, Wowhead links will be shown in the world map frame (for quest links), the achievements frame (for achievement links) and the encounter journal frame (for instance links). The Wowhead links setting in the 'Enhance world map' option has been removed as this new option replaces it. Thanks to Kezo for the feedback.
Due to ongoing issues with CurseForge Subversion, development platform has been switched to GitHub.
7.3.15 - 24th September 2017
Added a new option called 'Enhance dressup' ('Interface' menu). This replaces the 'Show dressup buttons' and 'Hide character controls' options which have both been removed. The new option includes the same functionality as the two options it replaces but it also lets you prevent special animations (such as twisting, looking around and shrugging) in the dressing room, auction house dressing room and transmogrify frame. Thanks to Spiralofhope for suggesting the animation setting.
If 'Automate quests' is enabled ('Automation' menu), quests from Lokhtos Darkbargainer (Thorium Brotherhood, Blackrock Depths) will no longer be selected automatically.
7.3.14 - 22nd September 2017
Lots of code changes to the 'Show Wowhead link' option (part of 'Enhance world map', 'Interface' menu). The Wowhead link is now shown on the left of the map title bar and the coordinates (if enabled) are now shown on the right. Fixed an issue which caused an incorrect link to be shown for quests clicked in the objective tracker. Fixed a minor issue which caused the URL to appear truncated for non-enUS locales. Various internal code changes and improvements.
Added 'Power of the Horde' song to the Media (Music) section (it's in the Various > Cinematics category).
7.3.13 - 21st September 2017
If 'Enhance world map' is enabled ('Interface' menu), there is a new option in the configuration panel which will allow you to show a localised Wowhead link for the currently selected quest at the top of the map frame. It's enabled by default. Hover over the link and press CTRL/C to copy the link to the clipboard then paste it into your web browser with CTRL/V. All locales are supported.
Fixed a very minor issue where cinematics cancelled with the escape key would show the cancellation confirmation very briefly.
Added a new debug command, /ltp cin which will play the opening cinematic for brand new characters. Note that this only works if your character has never received experience points. It's used for testing.
7.3.10 - 12th September 2017
The 'Music' menu is now called the 'Media' menu and now contains movies as well as music. The number in brackets to the right of each movie is the movie ID. Practically all movies which Blizzard allow to be played back through addons are included. You can now right-click on the area around the track listing (as well as the track listing itself) to go back to the zone list.
The /ltp movie command no longer lists playable movies (since they are all shown in the media section of Leatrix Plus now). It still allows you to playback movies though.
The cinematic cancel confirmation is now removed by default allowing you to click the mouse, press enter, space bar or escape to cancel a cinematic without needing to click a confirmation.
The music track 'Lament of the Highborne' has been moved to the Tirisfal Glades zone (previously it was in the Various category).
7.3.09 - 11th September 2017
If 'Automate quests' is enabled ('Automation' menu), quests will once again not be turned-in automatically if they have a currency or gold requirement regardless of whether they are in your quest log or not. The previous issue with this should be resolved.
Added a console based movie player. To use it, enter /ltp movie [id]. You can omit the ID to see the list of movies available. Movies launched from the console command will play regardless of the 'Skip cinematics' option ('System' menu).
If 'Skip cinematics' is enabled ('System' menu), the movie ID will be shown in chat whenever a movie is skipped (note that this applies to movies only, not cinematics). You can use the movie ID with the movie player console command if you wish. In addition, you can press the space bar, enter key, escape key or click any mouse button to cancel a currently showing cinematic without needing to click a confirmation window.
7.3.08 - 10th September 2017
If 'Manage tooltip' is enabled ('Interface' menu), the tooltip scale now applies to the AutoComplete box (as used with mail, chat, friends, etc). In addition, the target line in the tooltip is now localised for all locales.
If 'Automate quests' is enabled ('Automation' menu), quests from Trader Caelen (Oblitereum Forge, Dalaran, Broken Isles) will no longer be automated.
7.3.07 - 6th September 2017
Fixed a situational issue with the 'Automate quests' option ('Automation' menu) where a quest might not be turned-in automatically if the previous quest had a gold or currency requirement. As a result of the fix, the gold or currency requirement will no longer be checked. Instead, quests will not be turned-in automatically if they do not appear in your quest log.
7.3.06 - 3rd September 2017
Fixed a situational issue with the 'Recent chat window' option ('Chat' menu) which caused the text highlighting to be misaligned if you were using a custom UI scale. As a result of this fix, the window scale will no longer change when you change your UI scale. However, you can now set both the width and height of the window in the configuration panel so this shouldn't be a problem. Thanks to Spiralofhope for reporting the issue.
7.3.05 - 3rd September 2017
If 'Automate quests' is enabled ('Automation' menu), any quest which has a gold requirement will no longer be automatically turned-in. It will be selected but you will need to click the quest continue and complete buttons manually.
7.3.04 - 2nd September 2017
If 'Automate quests' is enabled ('Automation' menu), any quest which has a currency requirement (such as Order Resources or Ancient Mana) will no longer be automatically turned-in. It will be selected but you will need to click the quest continue and complete buttons manually. In addition, quests from Chieftain Hatuun (Krokul Hovel, Krokuun) will no longer be selected automatically.
7.3.03 - 2nd September 2017
If 'Manage tooltip' is enabled ('Interface' menu), tooltip tags are now localised for all locales.
Added a new debug command /ltp con which will launch the developer console (with the font size set to 20).
7.3.02 - 31st August 2017
The 'Hide alerts' option ('Frames' menu) now hides the new mount and pet alerts if 'Hide loot alerts' is enabled.
For rogues, the 'Automate gossip' option ('Automation' menu) now applies to Lucian Trias, Mongar and "Red" Jack Findle (all in Dalaran, Broken Isles). Normal rules for 'Automate gossip' apply.
If 'Automate quests' is enabled, quests from Ku'ma (Isle of Giants, Pandaria) will no longer be selected automatically.
Added two debug commands to show the ID for a mount /ltp mountid and pet /ltp petid . You can enter all or part of the search name (i.e. /ltp petid whelpling). Note that the pet ID command will only search owned pets which are currently visible in the pet journal.
7.3.01 - 30th August 2017
Removed the transitional code from World of Warcraft patch 7.2.5.
Added a new configuration panel setting for the 'Recent chat window' option ('Chat' menu) which will allow you to set the height of the window. The window strata has been lowered to medium and the window is no longer considered a system window (so it will no longer close automatically or with the escape key, you need to right-click it to close it).
If 'Manage tooltip' is enabled ('Interface' menu), the level information shown in the tooltip is now localised for zhCN, zhTW, ruRU and koKR. This means that for these locales, the level number is now shown in difficulty color, the class is now color-coded and rare creatures are now highlighted in the tooltip.
Configuration panel help buttons that just shared generic information (such as 'Select the settings you want to use') will no longer show. Help buttons will now only show if they have something specific and important to share.
Added a debug command '/ltp tipchat' which will print the contents of a currently showing tooltip in chat (potentially useful with the 'Recent chat window' option for copying names with accented characters, etc).
7.3.00 - 28th August 2017
Updated for World of Warcraft patch 7.3. If your region does not have patch 7.3 yet, you can still install this update but you will need to enable out-of-date addons.
